Mr. Wolf also served as chief IP counsel and Director of Intellectual Property for a number of start-up clients, successfully guiding them through various due diligence and M&A activities. Mr. Wolf received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco, School of Law, and earned dual degrees from the University of California at Santa Barbara, including a B.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a B.A. degree in Psychology. He is a member of the California State Bar, District of Columbia Bar, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
